This Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice describes how Iphoenix Technology Corp, doing business as iPhoenix Tech ("iPhoenix," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit iphoenixstore.com, purchase our products, create an account, contact us, interact with our advertising, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Services"). Shopify powers our online store and processes information needed to provide the Services.

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, account identifiers, and IP address.
  • Customer records and commercial information, such as products viewed or purchased, order history, payment confirmation, returns, shipping information, and customer-service communications.
  • Payment information. Payment card and other payment information is processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.
  • Internet and device activity, such as browser type, device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, cookie or advertising identifiers, and interactions with our Site and advertisements.
  • Approximate location, derived from an IP address or similar technical information.
  • Preferences and inferences, such as product interests and advertising or shopping preferences derived from your activity.
  • Information you submit, including messages, reviews, wholesale inquiries, reseller information, and other content you choose to provide.

Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies; from Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention providers, customer-support providers, and other service providers; from advertising, analytics, and social-media partners, including Meta and Google when enabled; and from business partners or publicly available sources where permitted by law.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to operate and improve the Site and Services; process payments, fulfill orders, provide shipping updates, and manage returns or exchanges; create and manage customer accounts; respond to customer-service, warranty, wholesale, and reseller inquiries; prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and illegal activity; send transactional communications and, with any consent required by law, marketing communications; measure advertising performance, personalize content, and build or reach advertising audiences; comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations; and protect our rights, property, customers, personnel, and Services.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, APIs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, prevent fraud, and measure or personalize advertising. Our tools may include the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google services, Shopify analytics, and Shopify Network Intelligence. Depending on the tool and configuration, these providers may receive device and browser information, cookie or advertising identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, products viewed, cart activity, purchase events, and contact information that is hashed before transmission. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

You can manage eligible cookie and advertising choices through our cookie banner and our Your Privacy Choices page. Our Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law. Browser "Do Not Track" signals that are not GPC may not be recognized. For more information about Shopify's processing, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to Shopify and other providers that host or operate the Site; payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, and fraud-prevention services; customer-support, email, analytics, review, and information-technology providers; advertising and social-media partners, including Meta and Google when enabled; professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required or permitted by law; a buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business; and other parties when you direct us or provide consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures to advertising partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. You may opt out through Your Privacy Choices or by using a recognized GPC signal.

Notice at Collection for California Residents

We may collect the categories of personal information described above for order fulfillment, accounts, support, security, analytics, personalization, advertising, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Identifiers, commercial information, Internet or device activity, approximate geolocation, and preferences or inferences may be shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, but are not sold for money. Communications and submitted content are not ordinarily sold or shared for targeted advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer.

We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, considering the life of the account or customer relationship; transaction, warranty, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal obligations; applicable cookie, pixel, platform, and analytics settings; and the time needed to resolve inquiries and maintain appropriate business records.

California and Other State Privacy Rights

If and to the extent applicable law applies to us or a particular processing activity, residents may have the right to know or access personal information; request correction or deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable; appeal a decision where provided by law; and receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

To exercise a request to know, correct, delete, or obtain a copy, email usaiphoenix@gmail.com, call (626) 279-6899, or use our Contact page. To opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, use Your Privacy Choices or enable GPC in a supported browser. We may need to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request, but we may require proof of authorization and direct verification with you. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Meta/Facebook/Instagram Data

If you interact with iPhoenix through Facebook, Instagram, a Meta advertisement, or a Meta-enabled feature on our Site, Meta may provide or process information related to that interaction. We use eligible information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve our products and campaigns. You may request deletion of data associated with your interaction by following our Meta Data Deletion Instructions or by emailing usaiphoenix@gmail.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us to request deletion.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer service, warranties, fraud prevention, legal and tax obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where Shopify and our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, Services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
