Meta Data Deletion Instructions

If you interacted with iPhoenix through Facebook, Instagram, a Meta advertisement, or another Meta-enabled service and want us to delete personal information associated with that interaction, follow these steps:

1. Email usaiphoenix@gmail.com with the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your full name and the email address or telephone number you used to contact or purchase from iPhoenix.
3. If available, include your Facebook or Instagram username or another identifier that will help us locate the relevant record. Do not send your password, payment-card number, government identification number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
4. State that you are requesting deletion of data associated with your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram interaction.

We may request limited additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. We will use verification information only to process the request. We will confirm receipt and complete eligible deletion requests within the period required by applicable law and platform requirements. Certain information may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, transaction records, disputes, or other permitted purposes.
